Charlotte, a graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology (Hons) from HELP University, Malaysia, holds a Professional Certification in Special Education from the College of Allied Educators. Since 2017, she has been actively involved in the field of special education, focusing on children with ADHD and slow learning abilities. In addition to her role as a dedicated practitioner, Charlotte serves as Co-Director and Vice Principal, contributing to the educational leadership of the institution.
As a trained Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapist, Charlotte brings credible skills in effective behavior management to her role. Her commitment extends to homeschooling special needs students through the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE), showcasing her versatility in addressing diverse educational needs.
Charlotte is also the creative heart behind the team, infusing innovative approaches into the educational environment. Beyond her roles in education and leadership, she aspires to leverage her strengths in community integration, aiming to enhance public awareness and foster acceptance of special needs children. Charlotte firmly believes in building understanding and collaboratively working with parents to shape a better future for these individuals.
