Vocational Teacher

Joelle, an esteemed vocational educator at Aspire, embarked on her professional journey by completing an intensive Teacher Training Course in Singapore in 2017, specializing in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL). Transitioning from an administrative background, Joelle chose to follow her passion for working with young learners.

Her diverse career began with a three-year tenure as a swimming and soccer coach, overseeing students aged 18 months to 14 years old. Following this, she dedicated two years as a Preschool teacher, providing guidance to children aged 18 months to six years old. Joelle further expanded her expertise by conducting both one-on-one and group English Tutoring sessions for students aged eight to 16 years old.

In addition to her roles, Joelle has made a significant impact in our vocational department, where her work has played a crucial role in improving the life skills and independence of her students. An enthusiastic and dedicated educator, Joelle is committed to fostering successful learning environments. She strives to create a classroom atmosphere that is stimulating, encouraging, and adaptive to the diverse needs of her students. With a flexible and inclusive approach, Joelle is highly motivated to ensure that every child's learning styles and abilities are addressed, embodying a passion for inclusive education.
