Michelle, a graduate with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Psychology (Hons) from Sunway University & Lancaster University, holds a Professional Certification in Special Education from the College Allied of Educators. Since 2010, she has been a dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Educator, focusing on children with ASD, ADHD, and slow learners. Michelle brings a wealth of experience in teaching across a range of age groups, from young children to older individuals, showcasing her versatility in addressing diverse educational needs.
In addition to her educational background, Michelle actively engaged in volunteer work at orphanages, shelter homes for human trafficking victims, and cancer foundations during her younger years. Her commitment to empowering special needs individuals goes beyond academic endeavors. She excels in refining problem-solving, communication, and behavioral skills to encourage independence in her students, aiming to break down social barriers and instill self-belief in each individual.
As the Co-Director and Principal, Michelle plays a pivotal role in steering our institution towards a holistic approach to student development. Her leadership reflects an unwavering commitment to contributing meaningfully to the growth and potential of every special needs individual within our community.
